Lousy work ethic, doesn’t pay private contractors what he says he’ll pay, nothing is done in a timely manner. Wouldn’t recommend for any commercial or personal property work.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. They came out, gave me a lump sum quote for the work I needed, which was very straightforward. Then came scheduling, which was arduous. I didn't know they were showing up until the day of the appointment. I was told they were on their way, only for them not show up for 5 hours. Then, two hours into the work, they said that they didn't estimate the job properly and it would be 40% higher.
