Today, October 04, 2025, I had a VERY professional and pleasant “customer experience” with Michelle. Not only was she professional and kind but she was an overachiever and polished my jewelry for me. Her work was quick, she offered me hand sanitizer and had great conversation. Thank you today for a MORE than extraordinary experience. You made my day, Michelle and thank you to her supervisor Chuy for allowing me an opportunity to publicize her great work today.
We visited King's Jewelry and Loan today and they did not disappoint, especially coming from an hour and half away. Since it was our first time visit, we were greeted with a big smile by Carol and Gonzalo. They were both so professional and friendly.
