Chose the store because it was not a chain with an inventory that everyone else has. Employees had vested interest in doing a good job and did not charge for extra work like resizing and resetting for a custom job. It was nice to deal and negotiate with the store proprietors instead of a jewelry salesman who was like a car dealer
