Get your jewelry there but do not get It fixed if It breaks ( they will take links & change the complete style even give back a shorter bracelet ) I got my first bracelet for my baby the engraving is so low value looks so unprofessional , the taking the links then saying that’s how I gave It ? I gave the whole bracelet ( plus the broken pieces ) in hopes they would give It back fixed. After a very long argument they offered to fix It. They just removed those cheap looking circles and gave me a smaller bracelet then the 7”
The owner was here today, nothing but good vibes, always proud to answer questions and help them leave the store happy.
If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a scam. They don’t honor anything they promise when they are fast talking you into buying their cheap jewelry. I should have listened to my gut. But I didn’t so I’m here to warn you. There are other options. USE THEM. SCAM SCAM SCAN!!!!!!
