I've reached out 2x to get a quote for power washing and resanding of a large patio. Owner came out, said is would have a quote next day. Nothing. I did receive a v/m that a landscape emergency came up, and he would have the quote to me in next day or so. Never happened. Waited a week and finally called and left message to follow up on the quote. Almost 2 weeks later... no quote/no return call. Disappointed, as my neighbor recommended them. Being business owner ourselves, customer service is a must. Sadly disappointed.
We have been getting our trees here for the last three years. We absolutely love them. The trees are beautiful and very reasonably priced. The staff are amazing. They are always upbeat and more than happy to help. They are super friendly to our children and our dog. This atmosphere just adds to the Christmas spirit . Great job, as always!
