In 19 years of being a Realtor, I've worked with Randy as a home inspector for at least 17-18 years. He is upfront and plain spoken with buyers, and takes as much time as a buyer needs to go through and explain all the findings of his inspection with them. Randy did our home inspection in July and brought up a few items that needed addressing, which the previous owners were more than happy to fix before closing. We moved from out of state, so could not be there to walk through and notice things on our own. When we moved in, we were shocked to find many other things wrong with the house that the inspection should have caught.
