I called to get an air box installed in my house. They said they were booked up and would get someone out soon. 2 weeks go by I called just to see if they might have forgot about me or is still booked up. I was told they were still booked up and they would see about getting someone out soon I said okay another 2 to 3 weeks go by and I haven’t heard anything from them so I’m moving on to the next company. Very professional and efficient! Our furnace wasn’t working properly. I called King’s at 3:45, and it was fixed by 4:30. Brian was very professional, nice, and informative.
Called to get some information about a plumbing service. Whoever the gentleman who answered the phone should not be in customer service. He was rude , had a short and somewhat arrogant tone. I was just trying to see if someone could come out to my home to help me with an issue I’ve been having and he was unable to do that for me . They may have the best professionals who do the work. Came out Saturday and worked for 5 hours. Didn't get furnace running. My son came next day and got it running.
