My gas fireplace stopped working and I had it looked at by another company my neighbor recommended. That company said I needed to replace basically all the parts inside, which would cost $2,800. I reached out to Kings, and the technician (Ryan DuPape) was able to thoroughly clean all the components, etc. and had my fireplace working as if it was brand new again and made it nice and shiny to boot!!! Ryan arrived promptly for the appt. He was so informative friendly very knowledgeable he explained in detail our system. He even sent me a link to buy correct Air Filters we had wrong ones really appreciated it! We are happy we called Kings Heating & Air Ryan was great! Really good company to work with.
Kings is my go-to HVAC company. I've had 2 ACs and 2 furnaces installed in 2 different houses, plus regular maintenance and repair of a 26 yo furnace. They take care of their customers, and their scheduling comms are prompt and reliable. Ryan is excellent -- a knowledgeable technician and focused on customer service. Working with Kings Heating was a nightmare. We had a heat pump installed by them, and it has lurched from terrible experience to terrible experience. Repeatedly, they promised design for our HVAC system, such as an overhead register for our front room, that they only discovered couldn't be delivered after we had signed all the paperwork and paid the deposit and they had started cutting into our walls.
