Locally owned company with great communication and service.
Kings is my go-to HVAC company. I've had 2 ACs and 2 furnaces installed in 2 different houses, plus regular maintenance and repair of a 26 yo furnace. They take care of their customers, and their scheduling comms are prompt and reliable. Ryan is excellent -- a knowledgeable technician and focused on customer service.
Excellence service and the team that showed up at our house was so professional and kind. They showed us how to maintain and care for our heater and made it all easy.
Ryan was great! He came in time, did a diagnosis of the problem, explained the repair option with me and performed the repair right then. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. He seems knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does and it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely call Ryan and Kings heating for all of my HVAC needs in the future.
