Great customer service and quick response to maintenance requests. Been living here since 2024 and I love it !
Chelsey and the other office ladies are wonderful. If it it weren't for me needing to move cities I would stay here another year. I always felt safe as a single person and all my neighbors I've met were wonderful. I have a upstairs unit and it has been great living here.
We had a seamless experience moving in! Our apartment was clean and updated. Chelsey with leasing has been nothing but accommodating from the very beginning. We have only been here for a little while but it’s been great so far! Update: It’s been a month. I’ve met other tenants who have been here for years. Everyone is happy with the upkeep and staff. My first apartment after deployment. Chelsea at the front was very helpful. Apartments are in great location & near everything.
Been living here almost a year and we’re renewing. We love this area and our apartment! It’s nestled at the back of a lovely neighborhood and close to the Blvd so it makes it easy to get places like dining, the beach, or work. The pluses about this apartment area is first off a hardworking human who answers your calls vs another automated machine.
