Firstly I want to let people know that the manager of the complex is extraordinarily resilient and understanding of individual tenants needs and desires for a quality home and living experience. Rick has years of experience in the housing area, and makes every effort to help people if they need it. I had an extremely tight move in date. Cheryl was able to make accommodations very quickly! She was most helpful and even guided me and made moving a breeze. If you ever need to call Maintenance, they are at you door in record timing. Apartments are well kept and extremely clean. You will not find better accommodations for the price!
don't bother looking here if you need to have more than 1 roommate; apparently they don't understand any situation with more than 2 people who aren't related and can't help you.
My fiance in June went and saw the townhomes and apartments. Cheryl took out her time to show us both and we fell in love with the townhomes. We can't wait till we can move in at the end of our lease. So please stay in contact with us and we really hope you will have the larger townhome available in Feb. Or March 1 2017. This is our l last move, so we can't wait for us to move in and make it our home. Thank you again!!!!! Gordon and Phyllis.
