We bought a house and was told this company did a foundation repair a few years back and the repair is not holding up. The house moves every time it rains and every dry spell. All we want is the pier diagrams so we can have someone else repair it correctly but they will not answer the phone. I have left many messages over a few months with no answers. Giving us the runaround again. This is added to Chris Talley's post, we were contacted immediately after his post, and were told by the owner that they were back in business, that they would be here this week , we have left numerous messages, and have received no response, the lines need to be marked before they start. We fear they are being dishonest and giving us the run-around again

We used them several years ago and were happy with results, In October 2020 we accepted an estimate to perform warranty work, and install new piers. At that time Jose's ? asked for half down. We wrote him a check for $750, which he immediately cashed. He came a few day later to start, but we wouldn't let him because he had not had utilities marked. Put piers in for us. Promised to adjust as needed. We contacted them 3 months later that there were severe issues ( the walls are 2 inches above the slab now) and never returned our calls or came back out. Our house is in worse shape now than before they “fixed” it.

We had our French drain installed in August of 2017. The drain has not worked and the yard still floods as before. We have tried contacting Jose Valdez, who is the owner of this company; and where given false hope for about a month that he would come and repair his work. Now he no longer answers our phone calls. I have now had a new French drain company come look at the job that was completed and they verified the installation was done wrong. I have been robbed of $1800.00.
