King’s Fitness “the gym” is a true gem of the local fitness scene. Patrons are a mix of the very young to seniors. The atmosphere is welcoming to people of all experience levels and never intimidating for a novice. The owner, Kam, can be seen constantly moving about the floor offering advise and very often introductions among the members. Fads and fashion are ignored. Visit, come as you are. Meet people, gain some fitness knowledge. Enjoy.
Excellent small local place to work out, I've always hated the feeling of the "big box" gyms. All the pressure to be lift the most, be extremely fit, and be a part of the cool crowd! This small town shop is where you make friends and get a great workout with out any of the gimmicks!
A good spot to train when in Glendora! Good day rate, and not overly packed, clean facility.
