This place doesn’t exist anymore, why don’t they disconnect their phone instead of putting me on hold??? Why don’t they remove the Location off Google maps???

Disorganized and unprofessional. I had an appointment booked in December. The technician was a no-show. I reached out to check for an update and was told that that was a mix-up/misunderstanding between the technicians. Fine; stuff happens--but why wasn't I notified? We rescheduled. Technician called in sick, rescheduled again. And then they rescheduled again. I managed to fix the fireplace myself and I notified them I wouldn't need the appointment anymore. Kings had previously helped us with our fireplaces but we are still having problems with one. they assured me if we still had problems just to text them and they’ll come back and install a new pilot light. it’s now been months of trying to contact them and begging them to help. had an appt today they never confirmed the day before even after i sent multiple texts asking if they were coming. today they told me they’d give me an eta. then just showed up when i wasn’t there and left before i got back. i genuinely feel so helple... read more

Go elsewhere - these guys don’t deserve to be in business. They failed to show up for an appointment (without notice) that was made 8 days in advance and tried to reschedule me for a date that has passed. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized to say the least.
