READ THIS CAREFULLY - placed an order which was accepted by email; gave credit card info & got email saying not accepting cc's; they asked for PayPal payment to "Friends & Family" not "items or services"; this equals a gift and you lose all your rights; also is a fraud by not giving PayPal its fee; no reply for two weeks despite requests; finally I left a message indicating legal action would follow; got a PayPal refund without any comments. They have good prices, but questionable customer service. I wanted to buy a revolver. Went all the way thru ordering then discovered they do not accept Credit Cards. I was informed that they had too many charge backs so did not accept CC. I question anyone who has too many charge backs from the CC company's. They kept asking me to use PayPal friends and family Zelle for payment. Neither of these provide any protection from a bad seller.

They have a low price, then you provide a credit card, then they email you saying they have too many chargebacks, i.e. too many unhappy people and they only accept Zelle payments, which offers zero protection. Your money is delivered and the big banks like BOA behind Zelle provide zero protection against fraud, unlike PayPal.

Got a used Glock 17 Gen3 from them. Have it transferred from FFL dealer on 4/18 and couldn't go to the shooting range until 5/22 which is the first day State governor ordered shooting range to open because of the COVID019 virus. Fired 40 rounds and this gun completely missed the target 25 yards away. Tried another gun, which is fine. My friend tested it and found the same. Contacted Kings firearms right away and was told by Barbara it's been over a month. There's nothing they can do.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Ordered a new gun online and when I received it it was scratched all to hell when I call and reported it they said I would have to send it back in and refused to cover the transfer fee so to fix this I would have to pay another $50 to get it fixed. and I don't believe I should have to pay for there mistake. This is the worst place ever and I won't be doing any more business with them

Fantastic service! I had a hell of a time trying to find an active FFL dealer, had to change it at least twice just to get the firearm shipped. Roxanne helped me get in contact with a FFL dealer in my area since most of the local ones are no longer active!

Just received my firearm..pleasantly surprised..I bought sight unseen and it was a police trade in so I expected it to be dirty..it was clearly stated in the description that it may be scratched and night sights bad however when it arrived the gun was relatively clean and the sights dim but still visible..cleaned it well and it looks really good for a used gun..shipping was fast and communication good spoke with Kristie a few times to iron out my FFL paperwork other than that it was smooth..sometimes stuff happens don’t be d... read more
