Just tried to stop in during business hours listed to have a faceplate changed out of a broken gaming device. Really dissapointed. I brought my cracked phone to have fixed here years ago and the process was smooth, quick and affordable but apparently they’re no longer working during posted hours. Will be going elsewhere.

Had my Ps5 HDMI port repair about 2 or 3 years ago. When I got it back it wouldn't work with my tv, but it worked when I bought a new one so I left it alone. Fast forward to today and the HDMI port crapped the bed again. Seems like it was repaired sloppily and didn't last long

I tried to call as well as going to the Physical location. No answer on the phone nor were there any responses to the messages I left. Also, it states the store is open, but it is closed and also the hours of store operation have been scratched off from the sign on the door. I would stay away from this store at every single cost because they are garbage.

Feel like I wasted $150. Was having problems with my PS5 randomly shutting off. Called and they assured me they dealt with the problem before. Brought my game in and was told it'll take a week. Literally just got my game back and same problem. I'm over it man. I just want my game fixed. Y'all did nothing but clean the system 🤦‍♂️
