Had my Ps5 HDMI port repair about 2 or 3 years ago. When I got it back it wouldn't work with my tv, but it worked when I bought a new one so I left it alone. Fast forward to today and the HDMI port crapped the bed again. Seems like it was repaired sloppily and didn't last long
I tried to call as well as going to the Physical location. No answer on the phone nor were there any responses to the messages I left. Also, it states the store is open, but it is closed and also the hours of store operation have been scratched off from the sign on the door. I would stay away from this store at every single cost because they are garbage.
Feel like I wasted $150. Was having problems with my PS5 randomly shutting off. Called and they assured me they dealt with the problem before. Brought my game in and was told it'll take a week. Literally just got my game back and same problem. I'm over it man. I just want my game fixed. Y'all did nothing but clean the system 🤦♂️
