He charged us $75 just to come give an estimate. Then semi proceeded to measure. However, measurement skills seemed to not be sufficient. Within 5 minutes he quoted 3500.00 without materials. Which is $1000.00 above anyone else's quote. I feel the $75 per 5/10 minutes he was here was what the plan was. At those prices, he had to know he wouldn't be used. No one else charged us for estimate. And quoted much less.
