Wasn't all that impressed. A waiting list to shoot pool, when three tables were obviously not being used. A waiting list to bowl, when folks occupied the lanes but weren't bowling. Drink were way overpriced. Being ignored at the bar while attempting to spend my hard earned money. The last straw was when the Latina cleaner, had to clean up vomit from the carpet, after 4 other employees walked over it. This poor woman did it with no gloves, only paper towels.
Went to bowl and eat, was greeted by a rude person behind the desk and instructed I could only use a lane for an hour. When I had trouble equating a kids size shoe to the bowling shoe equivalent the woman slammed the third pair down with a scowl and disgust. The two stars is because the waitress at the lane and the food was good. It's fairly pricey, but I wouldn't knock the experience for that. Worst place to have some fun with the family!!!! Don't come if you belong to the minority category!!!!
I went yesterday for the first time... the sever was really nice but I wasn't a big fan of the food I really thought it was going to be good.
Drinks are always superb, the atmosphere is always amazing. Between the bowling, karaoke night, food, people. It always a good time at kings definitely a hot spot for me and my friends.
Overall had a lovely time watching the game at the bar and bowling the night away.
Don't ever go to King's Dedham! We hosted our Holiday party here and literally 1/3 of our guests came down with food poisoning within the next 24 hours. More disturbing: once we told King's about this, they refused to speak to us personally. They refused to offer a refund or even apologize! The only thing that will make you sicker than the food here is the service you'll get from their management. Avoid at all costs!
Their food service isn't very good. I said boneless buffalo wings and they put the bone in. And they forgot the silverware. The food took long and the place was basically empty.
