John was a WONDERFUL waiter who provided excellent service. He was extremely friendly from the minute he approached my family and I. What amazed me the most is how patient he was. We didn’t feel rushed and our order was right on point. I will definitely request him when we return to Kings. The food was prepared perfect 🏽. Excellent customer service goes a LONG WAY❤️ My whole family was impressed!!
John was an AMAZING waiter! He was very attentive and makes sure that all of his customers needs are fully met! I loved how he made sure to keep checking in on the table to make sure we got everything we needed and he makes sure to have conversations with his customers which is even better! When I come back I’m definitely gonna come back to John and I would recommend for you guys to get him too!
Nice atmosphere and cold beer awesome time
Horrible experience, my party arrived at the location, we were told 15 mins for next lane to open we patiently waited after 15 mins we went to check with the front desk they told us “the people on the lane extended their time and we allowed it... it was human error. You have to wait another 30 mins” i explained to him that while i get it thats not a proper excuse my party was waiting by the front desk and we were written down on a “waiting list”.

For the last four years the American Liver Foundation New England Division has hosted a social event at this location for our patients, their families, and the runners from our Boston Marathon team. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and venue!! They always take great care of us and we hear nothing but positivity from our guests. Today we went to Kings for lunch, to use our rewards cards given to us for a past terrible experience. We thought hey lets give it another try..Glad we did, our waiter John was excellent!.He made sure our experience this time was exceptional, he went above and beyond even made sure our bowling was set up when we where done dining. Food was great!.Thank you John for taking.great care of us!
came from a country where party is an everyday happening(Philippines), since i moved here ive been to different restaurants and bar and i can say that as far as i can remember only kings satisfied my hype! the drinks, great food, amazing staff, friendly waiters! best music!
