we waited in er for 4 hours for the doc to day that they could not help my son who suffers from behavior problems and was supposed to go to a facility the doctors and nurses were very rude to us and other patients patients in er was not wearing mask one guy was stiking his finger down his throat and puking just a nasty sick place man

My daughter has to go in alone because she’s an adult. Was left crying in pain, cold, and asked for assistance to goto the bathroom twice and had to pee in cups so she didn’t wet herself. I understand times are rough but if you’re that low staffed let a family member assist. Then after complaining just discharged her and gave a lame diagnosis because they are busy. Was not interested at all in figuring out what was wrong.
