Came in the ER on the 11th of Feb @11-1 pm with blisters in my throat and the DR who looked at me up front said it was just red and had to use his phone flashlight cuz the tools weren’t working.. He wasn’t able to check my ears or nothing He sent me home with Motrin and mouthwash, 2 days later with it being worse I go to urgent care and I have an ear infection with several blisters in my throat, all I needed was antibiotics and steroids. They are a joke. They lack professionalism, integrity & accountability. They schedule appointments for you & then when you show up to said appointment there is no record of your appointment so you are sent away like you do not matter. They don't care about you unless you have "connections" of some kind. Depending on how influential you are in the community is what determines your level of care. And when they make a mistake they will not try to fix it right then, it's pushed to the side. They hope you will just disappear & go... read more

None of their health professionals care about treating pain in any way. It is as if they are directed to not treat pain. Rather than do their part to do no harm they do nothing which van cause the most harm. They only care about what they can get your insurance to pay for. Go out of state to get your medical care.
