my son was in kdmc hospital for 5 days in unbearable pain, they did nothing for him, treated him like he was a drug addict looking for drugs, they did a mri on him and seen how bad his back was but still did nothing for him, the doctors do not care about their patients they have no compassion at all, the nurses are no better, but to be fair the night shift nurses did try and help him but not the day shift, I will never go to kdmc again and none of my family will go there, kdmc is sure not the hospital they use to be, he is t... read more
RecommendedI had double bypass cabge surgery surgical staff and nursing staff was absolutely wonderful!! Dr. White and Dr. Bastidas saved my life and I’m forever grateful for the excellent care I received from everyone!!! Thank you all so much for all you do on a daily basis!!!
Susan and Jennifer, physical therapists at KDMC Vitality Center, were friendly, knowledgable, and encouraging during my recent PT visits. Great job girls! I’m so glad the Vitality Center is still available. It’s a great facility.
Came in the ER on the 11th of Feb @11-1 pm with blisters in my throat and the DR who looked at me up front said it was just red and had to use his phone flashlight cuz the tools weren’t working.. He wasn’t able to check my ears or nothing He sent me home with Motrin and mouthwash, 2 days later with it being worse I go to urgent care and I have an ear infection with several blisters in my throat, all I needed was antibiotics and steroids. They are a joke. They lack professionalism, integrity & accountability. They schedule appointments for you & then when you show up to said appointment there is no record of your appointment so you are sent away like you do not matter. They don't care about you unless you have "connections" of some kind. Depending on how influential you are in the community is what determines your level of care. And when they make a mistake they will not try to fix it right then, it's pushed to the side. They hope you will just disappear & go... read more
None of their health professionals care about treating pain in any way. It is as if they are directed to not treat pain. Rather than do their part to do no harm they do nothing which van cause the most harm. They only care about what they can get your insurance to pay for. Go out of state to get your medical care.
I had outpatient surgery on Nov 10th and again on Dec 22nd. Everyone was fantastic. They treated me with compassion , dignity, listened to me, made sure I was comfortable, went above and beyond. They made sure my every need was met. I recommend anyone who needs medical services to go to KDMC.
we waited in er for 4 hours for the doc to day that they could not help my son who suffers from behavior problems and was supposed to go to a facility the doctors and nurses were very rude to us and other patients patients in er was not wearing mask one guy was stiking his finger down his throat and puking just a nasty sick place man
Do not put your trust or your loved ones trust in their care. When the staff can neglect and abuse someone and hurt them it's sick.
