My daughter has to go in alone because she’s an adult. Was left crying in pain, cold, and asked for assistance to goto the bathroom twice and had to pee in cups so she didn’t wet herself. I understand times are rough but if you’re that low staffed let a family member assist. Then after complaining just discharged her and gave a lame diagnosis because they are busy. Was not interested at all in figuring out what was wrong.
Wow it pays to know someone here. Knowing someone gets you fast tracked to seeing a doctor.
OBGYN Tony Dotson performed a episiotomy on me without my consent. No one told me this had happened, not even the nurses. I didn't find out until my child's father informed me that he witnessed the doctor cut me. I didn't need an episiotomy. So incase you do not want one, just know he does these routinely even if you do not need them.

I will not call anyone out by name. Very rude, drs and nurses. Pointing, laughing. I will have to say, not all did this. Nurses looking like they were still in high school,giggling and making me feel like my family member who was the patient, didn’t matter. She ended up passing away. Thankfully not at KDMC. We had to go to Ohio to get the compassion she and my family needed. I guess the staff and physician are jaded. But it was, OUR FAMILY. I had open heart the surgeon did one by-pass it collapsed I had a heart attack.. when he came in room he laughed about it.. Cardiologist did heart cath she cut nerves in my leg and tried to blame me said it was my back.. over 2 years ago leg is still numb..
I was just there for 2 surgeries and the doctor and staff on the fifth floor were amazing I couldn’t ask for any better care then what I recurved everyone needs a raise because they go above and beyond what they are supposed to do again thanks and God bless you all.
Worst hospital in Ashland
My mom had been to 2 different local hospitals. neither one of them did anything but sent her home. with no answers. today we drove 2 hrs to bring her to kings daughters. They were very friendly. They gave us answers. I didnt get any names but I wish I did. thank you to the er staff.
