My Lady Doctor Patil IS a great Doctor she IS a good Doctor.
I waited 6 weeks to get my appointment. Then to be told once again that my back pain is due to my weight! Why do they all say this? I have been skinny and big, I've been having back pain forever! So don't tell me it's cause my weight! So disappointed!
I had a MRI over two months ago. Have not heard anything from Dr. Obie neurologist. I had to go get my on MRI results from Waco Diagnostic facility. Abnormal results and no calls concerning the reports. Had labs done in March. Cholesterol extremely high and no call from Dr. Furman office. The only way I found out was when I requested to see at the neurologist appt 4 months this later. Scott and white was just as bad. Will have to go to Waco now to see a physician. Just moved to area looking for a new doctor, finally got thru to make appointment, month away. Needed to cancel appointment, tried 2 times to get thru on phone system to cancel, on hold both times for over 30 min., this was in middle of week at separate times of day. Was answered once, lady said someone was in front of her, put me on hold again, never came back, rang thru to 2 different places that put me on hold again.I finally gave up. I guess they will just have to wonder why someone did not show up for their appointment.... read more
We love Dr.Jacqueline Sosa! She takes care of all 3 of my little ones and even tho they are not always happy to get shots, they r always excited to see Dr.Sosa :)
We love our Doctor! But I've been trying to make my son an appointment for almost a week and was told there was a freeze on his account...I've been leaving messages with different patient reps and supervisor and no one has called me back. Every time I call I get voicemail. This is so frustrating!!! I have no idea why there is a freeze. So after calling multiple times I'm hoping that this post will maybe get the attention of someone and give me a call.
