The 5th floor (surgical floor) staff has been unbelievable in caring for me and mybwife. I am here for a kidney stone removal and will be spending my second night. They go above and beyond what isnexpected and really CARE for the patient. The procedure was okay but I am in too much pain to give credit there. However, I can say Dr. Boykin and that staff truly communicate well and show a great sense of care also!!
KDMC IS great !!They take in people when others turn away , they save lives , they treat to wellness ! They put people first !!
Other than the 24 hour wait before getting a room; mom received good care. The nursing staff of 5th floor J was very good.
This place is awful, was in the waiting room 4 hours, only 3 ppl waiting. Was rediciclous... Never will go back.
I had my Company physical and everyone at the clinic was very professional and kind I would highly recommended kings daughter medical Center.
All we had to do was get away from home to get a hospital who would actually help !!! Thankful for the service and glad they are helping us with further testing.
I will say this, you hear negatives all the time. However, this was a positive experience. Robbie had an appointment for an MRI, we checked in, we were taken back promptly, they told me exactly how long they would have him, and he was treated with care. I even stopped by the next day because we forgot a school excuse, and they gave me the results early. Very friendly.
The wait time was horrible I was there for about 4 hrs needless to say I left without being seen the only positive thing about this visit that I can say is the lady at the triage station was extremely nice and kept apologizing for such a long wait time
