I went to the er at 830p.sat in the waiting room until 1130p. And I think because of the shift change at 11p it caused things not to go smoothly.I didn't get out until 230a.it didn't seem like the attending physician was really concerned with what brought me to the er in the first place. I am really disappointed in the way my experience went!!
They're ridiculous. I took my 4 yr old son there cause he was really sick and in pain. We sat there in the waiting room for 2 hours with 4 ppl ahead of us. They switched shifts and started calling ppl that came in after us back to triage. Needless to say, my son never got called back to triage let alone seen. I left while there was still time to get to an outreach. For a hospital that started as a 3 room ER located over Poages Store in 1897, you'd think they'd have this whole medical/patient thing figured out.
Every time I go there they take of it and they took good care of my mother and my family

I can not express how disappointed I was in the doctor that seen my daughter last night in the er. I was told to my face that she did not need to be seen by her but by an orthopedic surgeon. What the hell!!! She injured her ankle and it was swollen and she was in severe pain. Will not return to that hospital ever again. I vowed I wouldnt go back after my car accident and decided to give them another try, BIG mistake never again.
This place does not communicate well between depts. Also they lay off and hire so regularly that no nurse in there can know wtf is going on.......The people taking care of me and showed the most interest in my well being were the people that took a couple week course to work there not the phds. Really turning into a pathetic excuse of a hospital. Should be considered a urgent care cause thats the only thing they know to do. except it wasent urgent it took 8 hours for 10 mins worth of testing. If people in this area had other... read more
Cant stand that hospital they killed my mother for hell i would rate that hospital i wouldnt send my dogs there
