Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

I read the reviews, and the negative ones must be from some serious negative people. I see Dr. Sherly Alex, and without a doubt, I have never been to a more organized, prompt, friendly dental office ever. Dr. Sherly Alex, and other dentist I have seen at Kings Court, have been nothing but professional. Dr. Sherly Alex is a dentist I plan on keeping until Jesus returns, or she stops being a dentist, which ever comes first!

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine
