this park is the most selfish money hungry business i have ever known they close down during this coronavirus pandemic but they let people come in and frame and pour driveways so the money hungry son of a ------ can get them sold or rented but yet do you think they would offer us anything during these times except make sure you have your f--ing rent in on time

Absolutely useless!!! Our roof is leaking right now after we told the office two months ago about the damn shingles being blown off. It may have destroyed my computer I JUST BOUGHT yesterday for college because of their negligence. I am LIVID!!! They will not answer their phones or return phone calls. They are USELESS. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Horrible management and maintenance. Snow plowing is a joke, dumpsters are always full of furniture and garbage laying all over. Complaints are simply given lip service at best. And if you're real lucky they will simply find some rule that everyone else ignores to violate you for as retaliation for asking them to do what they're paid for.
This place is a joke. The rules they have aren’t in forced. The management is all about what’s in their agenda. You can’t get ahold of anyone in their corporate office and they up the rent every year and nothing is maintained. They don’t get the garbage dumpsters emptied or often for holidays. It is the nicest mobile home community in the Traverse City area, however, the park rules are very inconsistently enforced causing some very serious problems for some residents! Lot rent is the highest in the area. On the positive side there are many extremely nice homes in the park and a majority of the homes are well cared for. The park has a clubhouse for residents use, laundry facilities , dog walks, and a playground for kids.
