I answered an ad for a two-bedroom apt. They wanted to charge me a "Holding fee" of $100.00. I asked why, you're not "holding" this unit for me, it's not available until December. They never got back to me. Then I asked if the unit was the one in the photo? The photo shows a neat, clean, remodeled unit, and they said, "they have "model" units that they show". Someone keeps setting off the fire alarm.And we have to be going outside my reasons for going outside its because we are not sure what it is each time it could be a real fire and we are trapped in our apartment. I am aware you can't control this but it is very upsetting to us. Just trying to make Kings Court our home for now.
Horrible service had two scheduled tours no one showed up for either tour. Then I was told they don’t know. How do you expect me to continue trying to get a tour when your know even aware of your own scheduling.
Everything went great!
I didn't take a tour I want to move into until 110, it's a bottom floor and I have grandsons that like to play and act like a kangaroo. With the bottom floor we won't bother anyone. I'm hoping I get this one
