I've lived here 3 happy years from a 1br to now the 3br. The staff is amazing. The grounds are meticulous. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I feel safe and cared for here. Any issue has been addressed promptly. Even on weekends. I would not live anywhere else in Kendall!

People are very nice. Maintenance is very nice and respectful. I've been leaving here for the past three years and my only complaint is that the rent is way too high.
Vivi 24 meses y fueron de maravilla!; muy agradable lugar, vecinos y todo el personal; me fui pues ya no podia seguir pagando yo sola el alto costo, pues cada año te suben la renta y bastante para una persona retirada y sola; si algun dia puedo, vuelvo a alquilar, primero Dios!
