King’s Colony is a nice place to live in, always taken care of. Nice spaces, you’ll feel good. I’d like to see the gym already working, I’ve live there for two years and gym is not working since then. Also, they have issues with the entrance gate but it is functioning, at least so far. Lastly, they do not have an assigned space for vehicles so good luck if you work irregular schedules en get late to home.
It's unfortunate but after 3 years of living at Kings Colony, the current management company is trying to profit from COVID by withholding my deposit. They were unable to coordinate a live walkthrough of the unit prior to vacating nor did they make it possible to schedule a virtual walk through as promised. They helped themselves to $1,000+ worth of charges with no explanation and tacked them on to a notice of intent to make a claim on my security deposit.
