I'm Charles Brown I've been with Kings county for 5 years since New Management she's always helping me out if I have a problem inside the house I'm at the apartment walks around let me know if I need anything you picking trash up I never saw an apartment manager do that she's a good manager I give up five stars she the best since I've been here so I just want to send a shout out to her thank you for coming and saving us at King's colony
Good morning good afternoon we've been living in King's colony for a while now and I can say she's the best officer manger onsite manager we've had not taking away from the others but she's the best I don't know about anyone else but for us she's good in our eyes when we had a problem with animals and people not cleaning up after them she was on it she doesn't know that we see her on our camera early picking up trash food before 8am that's what a onsite manager does you have to get your hands dirty to we appreciate her patie... read more

Property manager, Jennifer Hanson is very helpful, kind (emphasis on kind), professional, and an overall sweetheart to her community❤️ She’ll work with you to make sure you have the best experience and will do anything for you…within reason😉 I just moved here but it’s a very nice and quiet community.
