This company worked a miracle on our rug! It was ruined with set-in cat mess smell!! I would have thrown it away, in fact, King's was our last hope. Not only did they get our rug clean, the price was reasonable, AND they included a bottle of cleaner for me to use for future issues. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
