If I could leave a lower than 1 star review, I would. Beware. Bought Lincoln here a few years ago and have had nothing but constant trouble. At 80,000 miles, this stupid Lincoln has almost cost more in repairs than we paid for it. We've had more major issues with the Lincoln in 80,000 than we ever did with my 250,000 mile kia soul. A good place, very responsive salesman, I worked with Hunter! Although I didn’t leave with a car in my exact budget! They insisted working with me and still in contact finding something that would work with me! They will respect your budget and Hunter makes you feel comfortable with no rushing, and valuable sales guy! He respects what he sells and wants the best! I would certainly recommend trying this place out and asking for Hunter!
I am financing my car through them at the moment and I can't wait until it's paid off and I never have to deal with this dealership again. My most recent problem was today, I took my car in for a tire rotation and minimum upkeep. I come back and have to air out my car for over an hour because it smells like someone smoked like 6 cigs in it. On September 11th, I took my car to VW Kings Auto Mall (Fields Ertel) for servicing. My VW Atlas was leaking coolant, and I requested the following additional services: oil change, tire rotation, and balance. The coolant issue, oil change, and balancing were completed immediately. Unfortunately, my VW Atlas has after-market rims, and the lug nut master key was not in my car and they were not able to complete the tire rotation.
