I have been using Jon for years due to my dad being a long time customer of his. Never had an issue until now. Took my car for a alternator replacement at the end of March 2025. Noticed 2 weeks later my ac was now blowing hot air. I've had the car a year at this time and ac was working fine. I took the car back and Jon told me it just needed to be charged. But I was told when I picked it up from the alternator repair that he had to move the ac to access the alternator. So ok, no biggie, he charged it and I paid him. 2 weeks ... read more
