I have had two separate vehicles here and had nothing but GREAT SERVICE! Dave and Andy have always been friendly, reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable and will to share the information with me. It's hard to find a good, trustworthy mechanic and I'm please to say, I trust them with my family's vehicles. I know nothing about cars. I called one place first and they were no help at all. Kong’s was very nice and super helpful. Brought my car in the next day and they fixed the problem, came in under the estimate and were fast! They took their time to explain things but didn’t treat me like an idiot. And the lobby is very clean!!!
Eric and Dave always take the time to talk with you about options and never pressure customers into doing work that is unnecessary. If you are unfamiliar with auto repairs and had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, you NEED to try King's Auto! It will be a totally different experience.
Washed my car this evening and was very pleased with the results from the automatic car wash! Thank you for bringing this service back to Prineville!
