Horrible place to stay, flies everywhere in room . The owner complains if you are standing outside past 10. Place smells like mold , no stoves . Small fridge . Would never stay here again.
We all had a wonderful time. The staff was AWESOME, especially the front desk young man! I feel bad had so much forgot to ask him his name # lol
Room was clean and nice. service was great. The young man at the front desk was wonderful, I mean who pays for free ice!
Great place to stay and great staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was great too!!! We lost our car in a flood on August 1st and almost lost our life while out on a boat to Assateague island. It was a nightmare and we were stuck in Ocean City until we could find a way home. Kings Arms left us stay a few extra hours past 11 am and even found us another room for another night. I am hoping to get back down here in September and i will stay at the kings arms from here on out. Thank you!!!
Great place to stay! Rooms very clean. Nice pool. Pleasant staff! Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again!
Best place we have stayed in years. From the owner to the manager to the rest of the staff....we felt like family. Planning to return to OCMD THIS year just because of them.
Rooms are nice size. I suggest to stay on second level. We stayed on lower level, you could hear people above you walking, like they were going to come through the ceiling. The pool is excellent as is the staff is very nice. The rooms were clean. Like I said my only complaint is I would definitely stay on upper level next time
This place is dirty,the rooms smell like mold everyone on our floor was complaining about it,staff is very unprofessional, felt like we were in prison they watch your every move,not friendly, showers sucked, no pressure falling apart,beds were uncomfortable, TV is small. Just all around a bad place.we even left a day early with no refund!!!!!
Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Close to boardwalk. Pool was clean. No complaints for the price.
