RecommendedAlways enjoy our stay at Kings Arms Motel. My wife and I have been coming for two or three years, and are always satisfied. Way better than other motels we've stayed at. Only slight complaint would be the wi-fi. Highly recommend.
I want to give a huge shout out to the folks from Kings Arms Motel. We had to change hotels at the last minute and found this gem. The hotel was clean, fairly priced and the staff was amazing. It had a great location to the beach, 3 mini-golfs, several restaurants, shops and the water park. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to save money and still be treated right in OCMD.

This is an amazing place! Anyone who has an issue where probably partying or being d*ickbags. The staff is always accommaditing and very helpful. They frown upon people going against the basic rules and thats understandable. Thats why you sign a sheet when you first go in. The rooms are amazing for a motel at the beach. Recently stayed here this past weekend. EASY check in/out. clean rooms, good parking, and affordable!! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! We will be staying here again for sure on our visits! close to beach and boardwalk, plenty of nightlife close by!
We were very happy with our room! It was spacious and very clean!! The bed was super comfy!! And there was always parking! We will definitely be staying here again!!
Considering the people on first floor in early mornings that the people on 2nd floor can respect not to be loud and wake someone up. The white trash upstairs above didn't care when gently and kindly way asked to maybe not walk to heavy. The folks back home in the projects in Bmore have so much more class and manners for others thsn those white trash attitudes upstairs have in their uglyass entire bodies. RUDE!!!!

Super clean and comfortable room! Some noise from neighbors through the wall, but that is expected. Great value for the cost compared to other motels nearby. I give this place 5 stars!
