King's Armpits There is no maintenance here. Months and months go by and nothing gets fixed. But hey, it's cheap!!!
Terrible Maintenance They never respond to the maintenance request in time. The service request is either ignored or delayed by at least two weeks. And a lot of miscellaneous charges.
Old Apartments Kings arms apartments are very old and need to be remodeled or thrown down completely. They are not very well insulated and let alot of cold air in during the winter.
