Awful experience. I took the time to make my appointment (called, texted, booked) and then 5 minutes before my appointment they cancelled it and sent me a text but I was already walking in and the doors were locked. No one was inside and they were open as it was 2pm on Sunday. Terrible and a waste of time. Don’t bothering coming here. Horrible horrible horrible experience! I had an appointment for 430pm. I'm a 78 year old woman and I'm having surgery on my back the next day. Can you believe the store was closed at the time of my appointment. I kept calling and finally got the manager who apologized saying they were sorry for being closed. I told them i want my money back and the manager hung up on me. People do not go to this salon. They don't honor appointments, especially that were done through Groupon. It was so hard to get there with my bad back and i... read more
