Chad King is one of the most UNETHICAL real estate person. Made a offer on Saturday May 19th and counter offer on Sunday May 20th. Signed the contract thought it was a done deal and it should have been a done deal as we signed the contract Chad doesn't even submit it to the sellers but gets another offer on Sunday and sells to them. What a snake. He shouldn't be allowed to sell real estate. Furthermore the owner of this firm Michael King allowed this to happen he should be ashamed he is just as unethical as his sales people.
KingOne Properties has been around for a long time. I met Mike back in 1981 in the Restaurant Business. He has always been a Go Getter..!!! He took all of his energy to Real Estate and made KingOne Properties the Best in the area. I’ve seen King One Realty signs in the city limits of MB and around my home in the rural areas off Hwy 90. There is no property Mike and his team can’t sale..!!! If you want experience you want KingOne Properties..!!!
