Adam was great to deal with, very personable and patient. Having never owned a zero turn, and doing research for my own knowledge, to learn about the hydros, different engines, etc. I came down to Gravely or Bad Boy. Adam did not talk down gravely at all. That was a big bonus for me. He didn't pressure me to buy. His honesty is what put me over the top. I'm waiting on my new bad boy elite to be delivered Friday..
