Allow me to start with the fact that we give this company 3 stars because of their sales representative Cody Green. DO. NOT TRUST A SINGLE WORD that comes out of his mouth. He is a liar! He gave us a big Ole song and dance that he didnt need to get up in our attic to look at our decking because it wasn't wavy so he was sure there were no problems. Brad and Emma were great throughout the process of getting a new roof ! Their roofing team came out and installed our roof and decking boards . They spent quite a bit of time cleaning our yard when they finished the install.

Emma and Cody were an amazing team to work with. The communication through Emma was fantastic. I love the ease of texting with updates. Cody was able to inspect our issue and present the options in a timely manner. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He explained our situation throughly and made everything easy to understand. We loved working with them both! We look forward to working with Kingdom Roofing Systems more in the future.

Tyler and Melissa were wonderful. Melissa gave me the information I needed, how long the appointment would take and scheduled it timely. Tyler was very considerate, answered all my questions, explained when I didn't understand and was very customer oriented. I greatly appreciated his not being pushy in his approach.
