Tried to work with them, they provided no help. Now when it comes to getting released back in July, they said they would and never did. Now they're saying I owe them money for never writing business with them and if I pay them then they'll release me. Or if I don't I'll have to wait til the end of AEP where they easily screw me from working this season and making money. Not only am I writing a bad review but contacting the carriers to make sure they know what they're doing and how they're doing business.
I had almost the same exact experience as Alexandra (see review below). I am a competent LI Agent, who made the decision to commit to expanding my career into senior supplemental health care options and with Kingdom's very alluring nation wide marketing campaign to "Forget College" and that they had this amazing training program, I was sold and even brought other agents into Kingdom with me. . . They helped me get my L&H but nothing further (a small discount). They provide trash leads and don’t even coach you or give you a script. They will tell you to “google” a script for your calls… This may not be the case for all new people but I feel like I’ve been set up for FAILURE! Especially right at Christmas time and my very first AEP, I have not written one policy. AND let me add they won’t release you and give you the run around and not reply to any messages.
