I had a spectacular experience buying my trailer. I was a little nervous buying a used trailer in Maryland, but living in Vermont. Russell provided me all the information I asked for, made a walk through video that was likely more thorough than I would have been in person. He was incredibly quick with every response and in closing the deal. This trailer was delivered to me for a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Kingdom Horse Trailers again!
I highly recommend this business to everyone in need of a horse trailer. Ken went above and beyond when it came to ironing out a glitch in the paperwork I provided. Had he not worked with me, it would have meant a 4 hour return trip another day. The customer service I received should be the bench mark for other companies to emulate and their business was the only one I could find that had a trailer with the exact list of options I wanted in stock.
Bought a Shadow bumper pull. I had contacted them several times with many questions and they were always knowledgeable and patient. Drove down from Sykesville after having checked out several trailers locally and on line. Got there is the rain and they walked me around and showed me many trailers and were extremely helpful. I bought the one I wanted, paperwork went smoothly and I'm very happy with my new trailer.
