He did an excellent job explaining things we had questions on. He took time after hours to finalize the paperwork and show us how to hook up our trailer. Super easy folks to work with and Ken was super patient with all my questions (first time trailer buyer!)! He went over everything with us including step by step hook up instructions! We hauled Little Red about 4 hours to get home and she hauled beautifully! Extremely happy! If you’re in the market for a trailer call Ken!!
