I was happy to have Kinga Mills as my purchasing agent in 2021, and also my selling agent here recently. Purchasing: Kinga asked the proper questions and identified exactly what I was looking for. She even dissuaded me on some properties (even if she would receive a higher commission), due to issues with neighbors in a community or, for instance, one property I liked, but was across the street from a hospitals ambulance emergency entrance.
