Horrible experience ... now going on 3rd replacement on the first claim for my Honda .. customer is great but installer I had was one of the worst I’ve ever experience .. not only breaking equipment on my car that now how to be replaced . I will never allow them to do any of my windshields nor will I refer anymore people I’ve done referred 10+ people but now I will be giving my referrals else where .. Replaced the glass on my Fj and Lost part of the windshield wiper in the process. promised a new part several months ago. Never happened!
I have had a horrible experience with this shop. Initially they did a poor installation of my windshield. The car was left with debris from the install inside and with mouldings and weather stripping that were re installed poorly. To top it all off, there was a water leak in my car. This all occurred last year in July. Now we are in April of 2017 and the issue has yet to be resolved. I've been back to the shop 6 times to have them fix the problem. I have used and loved them before. Today, the gal on the phone was the worst I have ever dealt with, unprofessional, did not know what she was talking about and seemed bored to be on the phone and rude as hell. Makes you wonder if they are cutting corners all the way around and if the company may be headed to the crapper.
SHowed up on time, very friendly and clean work. I was recommended to them and I highly recommend them to everyone that reads this. They are truely the King!
