Replaced the glass on my Fj and Lost part of the windshield wiper in the process. promised a new part several months ago. Never happened!
I have had a horrible experience with this shop. Initially they did a poor installation of my windshield. The car was left with debris from the install inside and with mouldings and weather stripping that were re installed poorly. To top it all off, there was a water leak in my car. This all occurred last year in July. Now we are in April of 2017 and the issue has yet to be resolved. I've been back to the shop 6 times to have them fix the problem.
