King windshields has got to be, by far, the worst auto glass place out there. After my windshield was replaced, I noticed that the plastic under the windshields wipers, that covers the windshield seal was completely destroyed. When I mentioned this to them, Derick, their least customer friendly rep said that the damage was ‘sun damage’. I told him the sun doesn’t make pry bar types of damage. It didn’t change anything. I highly recommend this company for your windshield needs. Cameron installed a new windshield professionally and promptly! Even the office staff did a fabulous job of scheduling the appointment and filing the claim with my insurance company. I literally did nothing but make the phone call. I HIGHLY recommend this business for your windshield needs!

Made an appointment for 10:30 in the morning called them as I was stuck in traffic saying that I would be almost 15 minutes late she told me that I could only be 10 minutes late and so I try to make it there as fast as I can as I was pulling into the parking lot she calls me back and says I have to be rescheduled because I'm more than 10 minutes late I guess sometimes they tell people their policy but don't require it of the appointment setters in fact if you question why it is they will ask you why do you think it's okay to... read more

I had my windshield replaced with this company because of all the good reviews, but I’m pretty sure most of them were paid for, as a lot of companies do nowadays. My experience with them has been horrible. Technician was 2 hours late for our appointment so I lost most of my work day waiting around for them. Management promised me a $150 gas card because they were late, and the company also promotes this in their ads. He shows up finally, replaces my windshield and pays me $100 cash for using them. I have always replaced my windshields with King windshields and have had no issues, however this last experience was not pleasant. I scheduled an appointment back in early June. I was called and advised that because they did not have the correct windshield they would need to reschedule me for another two and a half weeks out, so I agreed. My appointment day arrives and they do not have the correct windshield... they call me and try to schedule me out for another 2 weeks because of my location. King Windshields refused to give me the $125 cash-back they promised because they said the windshield for my Corvette was too expensive. Huh? does that make any sense. Then they refused to repair the damage they caused to my car. They ripped the fabric on the a-pillars when they removed the windshield and they tore the rubber seal between the windshield and the convertible top. First time getting window replaced in King Windshields shop, staff was very nice and helpful, I needed window trim replaced, I bought it from dealer thought I had too, found out I didn’t need it, they already had it and would replace it, a nice surprise.

Great service, walk you through talking to insurance and very informative people working in the office. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my vehicle glass fixed. PLUS great incentives.

Horrible service. Made appt, they show up and tell my son they cant repair it because of moldings being "glued". Saud they'd have to order new ones. Never called me to let me know what was going on, I had to call them. They said it'd take up to 2weeks to get parts and were extremely rude. After a week and a half I called to get an update. They said they were "too busy to speak with me and would call me later". I cancelled with them and went to a different company.
