I absolutely loved my experience at King Street Health Service. The environment and atmosphere make such a difference — it’s calming, supportive, and incredibly clean and organized. The team is relaxed, welcoming, and efficient without ever making you feel rushed. I truly felt cared for. I’ll definitely be back!
The staff had a difficult time getting blood from my spouse. She has dementia and they were very caring and cautious when trying to draw blood. They scored 5 stars with both of us.
Went in early in the morning, and there was a lineup already. There were only 2 practitioners, one was doing the blood work, and the other was at the Front desk. When they noticed that the lineup was not moving fast enough, the other practitioner jumped in to collect blood as well. The main issue, is the front desk practitioner was not wearing Any gloves, and started drawing blood from me without wearing any gloves.
