They always go out of their way to accommodate my pick up times and always very helpful.
My doctor indeed did not write “brand only” on the prescription, but no one informed me that the pharmacy would automatically dispense the generic version without confirming with me first. I only found out it was generic after I picked it up, and by then it couldn’t be returned.
I have been getting my medication here for 19 years. Very kind and competent people.
